The Bachchan bahu has gracefully stepped into Kareena Kapoor’s shoes in Madhur Bhandarkar’s Heroine. With age catching up, there is always an insecurity which creeps up in the heroines and as a result, they tend to go that extra mile to make their presence felt. According to reports from Mumbai, the chances are that Ash is all set to come up with some shocking nude scenes in her new movie. This is titled ‘Heroine’ and it is being directed by the hard hitting Madhur Bhandarkar who never comprises on realism.

Sources say he wanted Kareena Kapoor to do the role but the pretty girl got scared when he explained about the nudity aspect in the film.

On the other hand, the film takes a closer look at the cinema industry wherein heroines ‘compromise’ for various offers and other benefits. So, one can imagine how it would be when Aishwarya gets into the bold act of compromising. This has already become a hot topic of discussion in the tinsel town of Mumbai.

Heroine will mark the first time that Rai has worked with Bhandarkar, who has a track record of peering into the lifestyles of India’s rich and famous with such films as Fashion and Page 3.
